Mechanical instructor required at EAGIT!

Owing to continued development of our services we are currently seeking applications from suitably experienced individuals who can demonstrate enthusiasm, a professional approach and a desire to contribute to the improvement of Apprenticeship training and their environment, for the above position. To teach Engineering skills to adults and young people; following City & Guilds NVQ and Technical Certificate programmes to Level 3. The training is based around both practical and theory; therefore the successful applicant will be comfortable both in the classroom and workshop and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.

The successful applicant will be qualified to a minimum of level 4 in a mechanical or maintenance engineering discipline, with some experience of working in a multi skilled environment.

Applicants should hold or be prepared to work towards achieving an appropriate assessor and teaching qualification.

Experience of a training environment would be a distinct advantage. The position carries an attractive salary and benefits
